Automation and control FLOWAIR TS, T-box

FLOWAIR provides two types of control:
- standard via 3-stage speed controller with thermostat - TS controller (products: TS, SRQ2d 1/2, SRQ3d 1/2, SRQ2d 3/4, SRQ3d 3/4);
- Innovative with a touch-screen T-box controller. It allows you to control 31 FLOWAIR devices (with the exception of Cube) within the FLOWAIR System (products: T-box, PT-1000, SRQ2d 1/2, SRQ3d 1/2, SRQ2d 3/4, SRQ3d 3/4).

TS - 3-step speed controller with thermostat. It allows you to choose one of three fan speeds and allows you to control the valve actuator depending on the ambient temperature.

The T-box controller is an intelligent controller with a touch screen that provides simple and quick adjustment of the operating parameters of the device. A clear large display makes it easy to read the operating status of the device. 31 devices integrated into the FLOWAIR SYSTEM can be controlled by a single controller.

The HMI controller is compatible with LEO heaters. Automatic or manual 3-step fan speed adjustment.

DRV V is a control module that allows you to connect devices to the T-box controller and integrate them into the FLOWAIR system

The wall temperature sensor - PT-1000 allows you to measure the temperature in a place remote from the T-box controllers. This increases the accuracy of measurements, since the detector can be installed in a place where factors that may interfere with the measurement will not affect it. The PT-1000 sensor is connected to the DRV control module.

Three-way valve with electric drive - SRQ3d - ON / OFF valve with electric drive is installed at the place of water supply from the heat exchanger.

A two-way valve with an electric drive - the SRQ2d - ON / OFF valve with an electric drive, installed at the point of return of water from the heat exchanger, allows you to block the flow of coolant.

Explosion-proof automation comes in two versions:
- EX LITE is a power and control cabinet designed for operation outside the EX zone. The cabinet has all the necessary protective equipment for controlling the engine located in the EX zone;
- EX PLUS is a power and control cabinet designed for operation outside the EX zone. It includes a thermostat (ATEX), all the necessary protective equipment to control the motor located in the EX zone, a thermostat designed to work in the zone (ATEX), a weekly programmer.
Each version can be expanded and manage multiple devices from a single location.
